| Initial public offering of up to 18,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Nakshatra World Limited (formerly known as Gitanjali Brands Limited) ("NWL" or "The Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. The company may, in consultation with the BRLMs, offer a reservation on a competitive basis for the employees ("employee reservation") in accordance with securities and exchange board of india (issue of capital and disclosure requirements) regulations, 2009, as amended (the "SEBI ICDR regulations"). The details of any discount to the retail individual investors and the eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion (the "retail discount") shall be disclosed in the red herring prospectus prior to filing it with the roc. The issue less the employee reservation portion is referred to as the net issue.
