| Public issue of 60,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Influx Healthtech Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("The Issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 46,32,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 13,68,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs.
