| Initial public issue of upto [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Nandan Terry Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a share premium of
Rs. [*] per equity share), aggregating Rs. 254.96 crores (The "Issue"). The issue will constitute [*] % of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The company, in consultation with the brlms, is considering a pre-ipo placement of such number of equity shares for cash consideration aggregating up to Rs. 40.00 crores at its discretion, prior to filing of the red herring prospectus with the roc ("Pre-ipo Placement"). The pre-ipo placement, if undertaken, will be at a price to be decided by the company, in consultation with the book running lead managers. if the pre-ipo placement is completed, the issue size will be reduced to the extent of such pre-ipo placement, subject to compliance with the minimum offer size requirements prescribed under regulation 19(2)(b) of scrr.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company.
