Kanoria Energy's board approved a remuneration revision for Managing Director Sanjay Kumar Kanoria As on : 24-Aug-2026

Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure Limited, formerly A Infrastructure Limited, announced that its board of directors approved a revision in the remuneration of Managing Director Sanjay Kumar Kanoria to Rs 600 lakh per annum, effective September 1, 2026, subject to member approval.
