Frontier Springs allots 78.77 lakh equity shares under bonus issue As on : 16-Mar-2026

Frontier Springs has allotted 78,77,022 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,18,15,533 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
