ITC has allotted 2,09,364 ordinary shares under ESOS on 21 October 2024. Consequently, with effect from 21 October 2024, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1250,96,92,341/- divided into 1250,96,92,341 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
