NMDC Limited schedules AGM on September 28, 2026, with a final dividend proposal As on : 24-Aug-2026

NMDC Limited will hold its 68th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing, and has set October 5, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share, subject to approval at the meeting.
