HCL Technologies, Wipro, Avenue Supermarts, BHEL in focus As on : 15-Jan-24  08:47

HCL Technologies: HCL Technologies reported 13.52% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 4,350 crore on 6.65% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 28,446 crore in Q3 FY24 over Q2 FY24. Compared with Q3 FY23, the company's net profit and revenue were higher by 6.20% and 6.54%, respectively.

Wipro: The IT major's consolidated net profit rose 1.81% to Rs 2,694.2 crore on 1.38% increase in revenue form operations to Rs 22,205.1 crore in Q3 FY24 over Q2 FY24.

Avenue Supermarts: In the third quarter of the financial year 2023-24, Avenue Supermarts (DMart) saw a 14.9% increase in standalone net profit, amounting to Rs 737 crore, with total revenue rising by 17.2% to Rs 13,247 crore as against the same quarter last year.

Tata Consumer Products: Tata Consumer Products said that it has signed definitive agreement with Capital Foods to acquire 100% stake in a phased manner. Capital Foods enterprise value on 'no cash/no debt basis' for 100% of the target company is Rs 5,100 crore.

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL): BHEL said that it has received an order worth Rs 15,000 crore from NLC India, Neyveli for setting up 3x800 MW NLC Talabira Thermal Power Project (NTTPP), Jharsuguda, Odisha, India.

Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani New Industries received letter of award (LoA) from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for setting up manufacturing capacity for Electrolysers in India.

eMudhra: eMudhra said that its board approved the opening of qualified institutional placement (QIP) of equity shares with the floor price of Rs 443.56 per share. The company's board authorized and declared the opening of the issue on Friday, 12 January 2024.

Den Networks: The cable TV distributor reported 5% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 48 crore on 1% fall in net sales to Rs 273 crore in Q3 FY24 over Q3 FY23.

Alkem Laboratories: Alkem Laboratories informed there has been a cyber security incident that compromised the business email IDs of certain employees at one of the company?s subsidiaries.

Just Dial: Just Dial has recorded 22.3% increase in net profit to Rs 92 crore on a 19.7% rise in operating revenues to Rs 265 crore in Q3 FY24 over Q3 FY23.

IRB Infrastructure Developers: IRB Infrastructure Developers said that its associate company, IRB Kota Tollway and IRB Gwalior Tollway has signed two concession agreements with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The estimated project cost is Rs 1,896 crore.

Anand Rathi Wealth: Anand Rathi Wealth has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 58 crore for Q3 FY24, an increase of 34% compared to the PAT figure of Rs 43.2 crore recorded in Q3 FY23. Total revenue for the period under review rose by 34% YoY to Rs 187 crore.
