IREDA: Shares of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) will debut on the bourses today, 29 November 2023. The issue price is Rs 32 per share.

Wipro: Wipro announced the launch of their Continuous Compliance Solution built on Amazon Security Lake in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Wipro Continuous Compliance Solution aims to reconcile these objectives by offering a unified platform where companies can manage, monitor, and maintain compliance requirements seamlessly.

Tata Power Company: Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), a subsidiary of the company, has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for developing a 200 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project with SJVN Limited (SJVN).

Bharat Heavy Electricals (Bhel): Bhel and Electricit? de France S.A., France (EDF), a French state-owned company and largest nuclear operator worldwide, have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) to explore the opportunity to maximize the local content of the Jaitapur Nuclear Power Plant Project (6x1650 MWe) to be established by NPCIL in India.

Zomato: Alipay is reportedly likely to offload 3.4% stake in food delivery giant through a block deal. A total of 29.6 crore shares will be sold by Alipay at a price of Rs 111.28 apiece, as per reports.

Havells India: Havells India said that Lloyd has partnered with TeknoDome, a distribution conglomerate headquartered in Dubai, for the desired coverage and reach in the Middle East region.
