SBI, HDFC Bank, Vedanta, Bank of Baroda to be watched As on : 11-Apr-23  08:39

State Bank of India (SBI): The Executive Committee of the Central Board is scheduled to have a meeting on 18 April 2023 to consider long term fund raising in single / multiple tranches of up to US$2 billion through a public offer and/or private placement of senior unsecured notes in US Dollar or any other convertible foreign currency during the Financial Year 2023-24.

HDFC Bank: The meeting of the board of directors of the bank is scheduled on 15 April 2023 to consider and approve a proposal for recommendation of dividend on the equity shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2023.

Vedanta: The meeting of board of directors of the company is scheduled on 13 April 2023 to consider and approve the proposal for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis.

Bank of Baroda: As of 31 March 2023, the total business of the bank crossed Rs. 21 trillion milestone. Total business of the bank grew by 16.8 % YoY to Rs. 21.77 trillion.

Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL): KPTL & its international subsidiaries have secured new orders/notification of awards of Rs 3,079 crore in the month of March 2023 and till date in April 2023.

Shilpa Medicare: The company has received U.S Food and Drug Administration final approval for its ANDA, Apremilast Tablets, 10 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg for the treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis.

Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals: The company has restarted Urea Production in Plant - II, at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh and the production stabilized on 9 April 2023.
