Board of Joindre Capital Services recommends final dividend As on : 30-May-26 12:06
Joindre Capital Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
