Board of The Hi-Tech Gears recommends final dividend As on : 30-May-26 11:49
The Hi-Tech Gears announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
