Ather Energy allots 1.38 lakh equity shares under ESOP As on : 30-May-26  11:07

Ather Energy has allotted 1,38,434 equity shares under EOSP on 30 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 38,31,20,970/- consisting of 38,31,20,970 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
