Board of Aries Agro recommends special dividend As on : 29-May-26 17:20
Aries Agro announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
