Board of Cochin Minerals & Rutile recommends final dividend As on : 29-May-26 17:19
Cochin Minerals & Rutile announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8 per equity Share (i.e. 80%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
