Board of MM Forgings recommends Interim dividend As on : 28-May-26 14:26
MM Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
