| Initial public issue of upto 1,18,76,800 equity shares of face value of
Rs. 5/- each of Ganesh Infraworld Limited ("GIL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.
