| Initial public offer of upto 56,00,000 equity shares of face value of
Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Landmark Immigration Consultants Limited ("The Company" or "Landmark" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs.
