| Initial public offering of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of JK Files & Engineering Limited (The "Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 800.00 crores through an offer for sale (the "Offer"or "Offer for Sale") , comprising of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 800.00 crores by Raymond Limited (referred to as the "Promoter Selling Shareholder" and equity shares as "Offered Shares") the offer and the net offer shall constitute [*]%and [*]% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The offer includes a reservation of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs.
