| Initial public offer of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each ("Equity Shares") of Ventive Hospitality Limited (formerly known as ICC Realty (India) Private Limited) ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. This issue includes a reservation of up to [*] equity shares of face value Re. 1 each (constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating up to Rs. 1.00 crores for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) (the "Employee Reservation Portion").
