Pritish Nandy Communications Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board at its meeting held on Friday, July 03, 2026 and Resolution passed by shareholders through Postal Ballot on August 05, 2026 has considered and approved the Change in Name of the Company from PRITISH NANDY COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED to PNC MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and consequential Alteration to Memorandum of Association ( MOA ) and Articles of Association ( AOA ) of the Company
