CESC Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, pertaining to the financial year 2026-27, and may also consider a proposal for the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27 and fixing the record date for the said purpose.
