SJS Enterprises Limited, a leading Indian company in the decorative aesthetics industry, reported a revenue of Rs 2,610.0 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a 24.5% year-over-year increase, according to a press release. The company's profit after tax rose 115.0% year-over-year to Rs 744.2 million, including a one-time post-tax gain of Rs 241.7 million from the sale of its Bengaluru facility, while normalized profit after tax grew 45.2% to Rs 502.5 million. SJS Enterprises also announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary for its Cover Glass & Display business and approved the acquisition of a 9.9% stake in WPI, which will subsequently become a wholly owned subsidiary.
