IndusInd Bank will restrict securities trading from October 1, 2026, per SEBI regulations As on : 16-Sep-2026

IndusInd Bank Limited will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>

Attention Investors:

1) KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets - once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (Broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), you need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary.2) For Stock Broking Transaction 'Prevent unauthorised transactions in your account --> Update your mobile numbers/email IDs with your stock brokers.
