SIS Limited announced it bought back a total of 1,16,000 equity shares on September 16, 2026, through Elara Securities (India) Private Limited, at an average acquisition price of Rs 421.6520 per share, bringing the cumulative total of shares bought back to 15,41,027, according to a regulatory filing.</p>
