Board of Veedol Corporation recommends Second Interim dividend As on : 03-Feb-2026

Veedol Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 February 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Second Interim dividend of Rs 14 per equity Share (i.e. 700%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
