Board of Hinduja Global Solutions recommends final dividend As on : 05-Jun-2026

Hinduja Global Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 June 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
