Prime Focus Limited’s ESOP Committee approved allotment of shares, raising paid-up capital As on : 06-Aug-2026

Prime Focus Limited announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee approved the allotment of 22,83,333 fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1 each under the PFL ESOP Scheme-2014, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 77,64,90,547 to Rs 77,87,73,880.
