Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 1,67,230 equity shares under ESOS on 03 February 2026. Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company increased from 18,18,47,953 equity shares to 18,20,15,183 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each.
