Board of Firstsource Solutions recommends interim dividend As on : 03-Feb-2026

Firstsource Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3 February 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity Share (i.e. 55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
