Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited has allotted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating Rs 585 crore on a private placement basis, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE Limited on September 16, 2026. The company intends to utilize the proceeds to invest in its wholly-owned subsidiary in Japan to finance the acquisition of MicroBiopharm Japan Co., Ltd, and for general corporate purposes. The NCDs consist of 58,500 debentures with a nominal value of Rs 100,000 each, split into two series: Series 1 aggregating Rs 2,950,000,000 and Series 2 aggregating Rs 2,900,000,000.</p>
