Setco Automotive reschedules board meeting to finalize fiscal year-end financial results As on : 27-Aug-2026

Setco Automotive Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that a board meeting initially scheduled for August 29, 2026, has been rescheduled to August 31, 2026, to allow for the completion and finalization of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.</p>
