Prasol Chemicals closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement As on : 16-Sep-26 17:38
Prasol Chemicals Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from September 16, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
