IndoStar Capital Finance’s Randhir Singh receives equity shares via stock options As on : 15-Sep-26  15:37

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited announced that Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman Randhir Singh has been allotted 14,703 equity shares of the company following the exercise of stock options under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2018, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 1,61,65,54,040 to Rs 1,61,67,01,070.
