Khaitan Chemicals closes trading window ahead of quarterly results announcement As on : 15-Sep-26  13:32

Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all Connected and Designated Persons starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.
