Avantel Limited granted equity shares to employees under its 2023 ESOP plan As on : 15-Sep-26  12:31

Avantel Limited announced the allotment of 65,016 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of options under its Avantel Employees Stock Option Plan 2023 (ESOP 2023), increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from 26,57,10,850 shares with a total value of Rs 53,14,21,700 to 26,57,75,866 shares with a total value of Rs 53,15,51,732.
