Promact Plastics shareholders appoint auditors and directors for five-year terms As on : 14-Sep-26  19:10

Promact Plastics Limited, formerly Promact Impex Limited, announced that shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, and appointed Prakashchandra D. Patel and Babubhai H. Patel as Independent Directors for five-year terms beginning July 29, 2026, at the company’s 42nd Annual General Meeting held September 14, 2026.
