String Metaverse Limited, formerly known as Bio Green Papers Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other covered individuals starting Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in connection with a board meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026, to consider and approve raising of funds by way of preferential issue/private placement of equity shares and/or other eligible securities, including convertible securities.
