AXISCADES Technologies Limited completed the acquisition of 90% of the share capital of Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited for a purchase consideration of INR 234 crore, along with the indirect acquisition of 90% of the share capital of Cloud Wave’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Protohubs System Solutions Private Limited and Aureate Polymet Private Limited. The acquisition, executed on September 10, 2026, is intended to expand AXISCADES’s capabilities in aerospace manufacturing and offer integrated engineering-plus-manufacturing solutions to customers. Cloud Wave, Protohubs, and Aureate have become subsidiaries of AXISCADES, with Protohubs and Aureate becoming step-down subsidiaries.
