Nishant Pitti, a promoter of Easy Trip Planners Limited, has pledged 44,87,21,910 equity shares, representing 11.26% of the company's total share capital, to Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, according to a regulatory filing on August 29, 2026. The pledge, created on August 24, 2026, was for personal use by the promoter, and the value of the shares is Rs 2,11,91,55,940.
