Prime Industries Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Akshay Singhla & Associates as its Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy, replacing M/s. Bhushan Aggarwal & Co., and the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Malik as an Additional Director (Executive Director) to be designated as Managing Director, effective September 8, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
