JSW Infrastructure Limited has completed the acquisition of NCR Rail Infrastructure Limited, effective September 10, 2026, through its step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Khurja Rail Terminal Private Limited, as part of a resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The acquisition includes AMD Business Support Services Private Limited, which has also become a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure. The cost of acquiring NCR Rail was Rs 467.47 crore, alongside Rs 41.94 crore spent on purchasing approximately 39.57 acres of land from Arshiya Limited, while the cost of acquiring AMD was Rs 100,000.
