CMI Limited’s suspended board can now approve financials following insolvency proceedings by Canara Bank As on : 09-Sep-26  19:10

CMI Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Deepak Maini, Resolution Professional of the Company, has authorized the Board of Directors, whose powers are suspended, to sign and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, on September 14, 2026, following the initiation of a corporate insolvency resolution process under Section 7 of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, filed by Financial Creditor Canara Bank.
