SIS Limited announced it bought back a total of 97,000 equity shares on September 9, 2026, through Elara Securities (India) Private Limited, as part of its ongoing buyback program, with an average acquisition price of Rs 430.3343 per share, bringing the cumulative total of shares bought back to 11,23,027.
