Aditya Birla Capital allotted Rs 1,885 crore in debentures to multiple investors As on : 09-Sep-26  18:04

Aditya Birla Capital Limited announced the allotment of Rs 1,885 crore in secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, to multiple investors, on September 9, 2026. The company allotted 111,000 debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000, aggregating to Rs 1110 crore; 32,500 debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000, aggregating to Rs 325 crore; 45,000 debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000, aggregating to Rs 450 crore.
