Intec Capital Limited informed the BSE that Ms. Shilpy Chopra completed her term as an Independent Director with effect from May 11, 2026, and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company, noting an inadvertent oversight led to a delay in formally recording her departure and subsequent participation in board meetings.
