HMA Agro Industries Limited executed a share sale agreement with seven proposed acquirers to sell its entire 8,95,593 equity shares in FNS Agro Foods Limited, representing 100% of its shareholding, for a consideration of Rs 5,00,81,560.56, or Rs 55.92 per share; the acquirers are members of the company's Promoter/Promoter Group, comprising four promoters and three relatives of promoters, and the transaction constitutes a related party transaction undertaken at arm’s length, with the transfer expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2026, after which FNS Agro Foods Limited will cease to be a subsidiary of HMA Agro Industries Limited.
