SBEC Sugar Limited informed the BSE on September 9, 2026, that it has executed a revised Loan Agreement with Pristine Industries Limited, modifying the terms of a prior agreement dated January 12, 2026, to extend the tenure of an unsecured financial assistance loan, with a closing date as per the repayment schedule of December 31, 2026; the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and no security has been provided by SBEC Sugar Limited.
