SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the company's 38th Annual General Meeting, previously scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, will now be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with a record date for dividend eligibility set for Tuesday, September 22, 2026, and a book closure from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
