Share India Securities Limited confirms Shanti Kumar Jain's departure as director As on : 27-Aug-26 12:26
Share India Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Shanti Kumar Jain has ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company, effective August 27, 2026, upon attaining the age of 75 years, in accordance with Regulation 17(1A) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
